The tipi serves to remind us that we are TOGETHER to TRANSMIT, SHARE, LEARN AND DREAM.
We are the TIPI a safe place where each pole represents respect, strength and hope. Every adult in the tipi has a role to play in welcoming and guiding children through their personal development to discover their talents and human potential.
The tipi symbolizes the collective strength of all nations of Quebec working towards a shared vision to provide a quality education to all First Nations children.
First Nations have always wanted to be masters of their education so that they could offer their children the best possible opportunity to achieve their potential like all other children in today's society and develop in all autonomy towards the future in respect of their heritage. The FNEC defends their interests in addition to supporting them in this vision.
